"Our enduring inspiration"

I met Walt in the fall of 2001. I was struggling with a new project and, with $995 left in my savings, I enrolled in the Dale Carnegie sales course. Walt was my instructor. From day one, he took a genuine interest—steady, compassionate, and full of integrity. His gentle professionalism left a mark on me I’ll never forget.

In 2008, a few years into my fledgling company, I asked Walt to help me find a part-time sales rep. He prayed on it, thought for a day, and then surprised me by volunteering himself—drawn, he said, by our vision to serve clients better and specifically my enthusiam for the challenge. For nearly a decade we traveled, built, and served together. We earned a reputation for remarkable customer care, practical creativity, and a hopeful, can-do spirit.

Walt went home to the Lord in January 2017 after a battle with cancer. Since then, clients still share stories of his kindness and character. His example continues to shape our culture: love people, tell the truth, do the work, and finish strong.

It’s my humble mission to build a company Walt would be proud to stand beside—one that leads with service, honors its promises, and treats every project as a trust. Thank you to our clients and community for walking with us on this path we began together so many years ago.
